Ariel Weintraub

Ariel Weintraub (she/her) is the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Aon where she is responsible for the cybersecurity program across the firm’s 120+ countries. Prior to joining Aon, Ariel served as CISO at MassMutual, where she led the development and advancement of the Global Security Operations Center. At TIAA, she directed data and access security, driving a multi-year transformation of identity and access management. Earlier, Ariel held leadership roles in vulnerability management at BNY Mellon and performed cybersecurity consulting while at PwC. She serves on several industry boards and is recognized for her work in threat intelligence, workforce diversity, and empowering women in technology. In 2023, she was named one of Security Magazine’s Top Cybersecurity Leaders.
